“When I was writing it I was in a bit of The music just kind of poured out over a space of six to eight months.”
Danny Sorrell
Danny Sorrell’s pretty matter of fact about it. “My dream is to play a sold-out Royal Albert Hall. That’s the plan. I think we’ll get there. We just need to keep doing what we’re doing. We’re obviously doing the right things at the moment.”
He has a point. The Paradox Twin’s vocalist, guitarist and founder is speaking shortly after the release of their well-received second album, Silence From Signals. Whereas the English quintet’s first album, 2018’s The Importance Of Mr Bedlam, explored conspiracy theories, the new one is much more personal. During the writing process Sorrell found himself “ripping his soul out” to put the story into words.
