EGYPTAIR HAS sold its entire fleet of 12 Airbus A220-300s to lessor Azorra.
The Egyptian flag carrier initially ordered the A220-300s in 2017 and received the first of the type two years later. Retiring the narrowbodies will enable the airline to acquire new Airbus-widebody aircraft. The majority of the A220s have already been placed with Azorra’s airline customers around the world.
