LATEST LAWS GIVE BUYERS MORE RIGHTS
Big change to how we buy cars, but Government forgets to tell dealers. For the first time, buyers could be entitled to a refund on faulty classic cars, if
they’ve bought it from a dealer and it goes wrong within thirty days of the purchase. However, classic dealers have been left in the dark about the newly introduced laws that make it much easier to return faulty goods.
