Heavy Duty

Issue #206 May-Jun, 2026 Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand put on a massive event at Sydney Motorsport Park to launch the MY26 range. We were there for the media day and after a morning riding round the amazing track, we went for a road ride to Hawkesbury Lookout. That day will live long in both Mick and Paul’s memories. Read all about it in HEAVY DUTY #206, May/June 2026. At the end of that day, Mick left on a Street Glide 3 Limited and we’ve got his exclusive test of the all-new trike after a couple of weeks riding around Sydney. At about the same time, Dave was exploring the Indian Chieftain PowerPlus around Brisbane. It doesn’t end there. Paul also had another look at the 2025 Road Glide and some of his favourite roads. Roads and riding are a big part of the Knucklehead 90th yarn, as well as the Improbable Tourer – a 10-second Breakout out on the highway from Bendigo to Brisbane. The Victorian State HOG Rally was also about riding and having fun with like-minded folk. Custom bikes from about a century apart with the Clarex Special Excelsior from 1928 alongside the much more modern Aqua Vicla and Big Red. All of this as well as Westy’s Shed, On The Tools and real Tech Torq; all from folk with grease under their fingernails. Grab a copy now from better bike shops, or on May 5 from newsagents, across Australia and New Zealand.
