As your horse’s carer, one of your responsibilities is to try to ensure he doesn’t ingest anything that might cause him harm, and this includes poisonous weeds and plants that could be growing in his paddock or nearby.
It’s fair to say that horses are pretty good at avoiding toxic plants, as long as they have access to adequate grazing. However, you can never be too cautious.
