Well that was a turn up for the books.
I definitely didn't have my crystal ball out ahead of the General Election.
So the Conservatives lost their overall majority and have had to rely on the DUP to form a minority Government.
So much for strong and stable and a solid platform for Brexit negotiations.
So more uncertainty surrounds our EU withdrawal negotiations and the relative strength and longevity of the present government.
Will Theresa May be able to hold on as Prime Minister or is there another election looming in a few months' time?
So, at the moment, it is just a case of keep calm and carry on, again.
What we do know for certain is that the seasons of the year stay the same.
