We also have a brilliant training plan for your treadmill (so no excuses if it’s sub zero out there), and we have a look at the psychology of running and how we can all turn up at start lines feeling confident (and not terrified!). Plus we have all the latest kit, a core workout for abs of steel, and tons of running events to sign up to in the near year. We find out more about Goodgym: an idea so good we can’t think why it’s not been around for decades, in which runners meet up to run and also help out their local community with a spot of local gardening or some other kind task. This running with kindness is pertinent this issue, in which we’re donating 10p from every issue sold to our local branch of Mind to honour mental health day, and all doing our bit to be more understanding and aware of the people around us.
