SHE'S BACK SARAH JESSICA PARKER
Fans of Sex and the City won’t want to miss new Sky Atlantic comedy drama Divorce. Twelve years after Sarah Jessica Parker said goodbye to her much-loved role in the show as columnist Carrie Bradshaw (on the small screen at least), the actress returns in a black comedy from Sharon Horgan, the writer of Pulling and Catastrophe. The ten part series features Parker as Frances, an executive head-hunter who lives in a picturesque suburb outside New York with her husband, Robert (Thomas Haden Church) and their two children.
Frances is having a secret affair and, following a dramatic incident at a friend’s birthday party, asks Robert for a divorce only to realise a clean break
isn’t as simple as she’d thought. We sat down with Parker to talk about her new project.
