2022 marks the 75th anniversary of Ferrari and to celebrate we’ve plenty about Prancing Horses in this month’s issue. Not only do we have a full road and track test of the new 296 GTB – Ferrari’s first ever V6 road car – but we do a run-down of the 75 greatest cars ever made at Maranello. We have news of three more highly important newcomers this month: SUVs from Alfa Romeo (Tonale) and Maserati (Grecale), plus 2023’s Maserati GranTurismo (with fully 1200hp). Turning the clock back to the early 1960s, we compare three six-cylinder coupe legends: the Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint, Fiat 2300 S Coupe and Lancia Flaminia Coupe. And as Fiat’s 126 turns 50 years old, we defend a much-maligned city car. Another car being defended is the Alfa 159 3.2 V6, with one owner asking whether its V6 engine is in fact just as good as a Busso. We also have big features on Italian-designed British cars (think Aston Zagato and AC Frua) and the Alfa 75 Turbo-engined Michelotti Pura one-off.

Auto Italia magazine is dedicated to the owner, collector and admirer of Italian cars. From Fiat to Ferrari and Alfa Romeo to Zagato, all marques presented in this high quality publication are supported by specially commissioned original photography.

Each issue is brought to you by a team of writers and photographers who have a passion for all things Italian; the country, the lifestyle, the cars. Each one of them has a background of either Italian car ownership, motor racing or engineering.

The informative content covers new car launches, road and track tests of historic, classic and current range cars, competition cars, buyers guides and interviews with prominent personalities.

Auto Italia is a collectable, continuous history of the Italian automotive industry and is unique in publishing in-depth features on the specialist coachbuilders that created a seemingly endless catalogue of vehicles. Many of these cars are unknown to even the most dedicated Italian car enthusiast and are often presented with previously unpublished archive photography.

Whatever your particular interest is,
