WARRIORS REUNITED
In our October 2023 issue, we look back on a remarkable visit to British airspace by a flying reproduction of a Messerschmitt Me 262. It’s the first time a ’262 has flown in our skies since legendary test pilot Eric ‘Winkle’ Brown flew one of the originals. The replica, usually based in Germany, flew in the company of Spitfires from the BBMF and Rolls-Royce, among other highlights. Will we ever see the like again?
