And because races are tentatively opening up again, we look into assisted running: how able bodied runners can assist others to cross the finish line, and we hear from those that assist as well as the assisted to discover the mutual joy that it brings. This month we’ve also got the only 10K training plan you need, a posture-perfect workout with a focus on form, and a good look at the supplements we should all be taking right now. Plus, lots of beautiful kit, tons of inspiration and all the training you need to get out there and enjoy your running.
