We’re different, yet through surfing we’re connected.
It’s not important where you’re from – if you’ve got a board and access to the ocean, then you’re good to go. Your race, age or size isn’t significant when you’re in the line-up. You’re a surfer, and that’s what matters.
In this issue we take a look at how surfing is for everyone. From gay surfers to trailblazers changing old-school portrayals of women’s surfing, throughout the pages of this magazine be inspired by women from all over the world who have one thing in common: their passion for surfing.
We love surfing becuase it makes us feel alive. However it’s not an easy sport to learn or to get good at, so we look at stepping things up for 2020. Persistence, patience and motivation will take you a long way and there’s some great surf fitness and surf technique tips from our dedicated surf team. Take their advice and put yourself out there, to see what you can achieve.
