Our exclusive collaboration in this issue is ‘Sugar Dolls Around The World’ organised by Linasari Sunyoto and aided once again by Gulnaz Mitchell, we welcome 19 International designers with their amazing sugar doll designs, each representing a country of their choice, see page 30.
Cultural Cakes feature too, with a stunning design by Calli Hopper of Callicious Cakes on our front cover. Calli, originally from South Africa, made the wedding blessing cake especially for Party Cakes magazine, thank you so much Calli, turn to pages 54 for Calli’s step by step tutorial.
Natalie Porter designed an incredibly realistic Greek salad, as her family originate from Greece, have a look on page 66.

I love Karen Keaney’s homage to W.B. Yeats’ poem ‘He Wishes For The Cloths Of Heaven’, a beautiful poem and a very ﬁ tting cake design, Karen has her full step by step tutorial on page 61.
