Only €5,99
Supernatural beings such as ghosts, sea dragons and fantastic plants and animals “obsess” the artists of this issue as much as the very real beauty of nature as we known it: Inspired by the probably most successful ghosts and ghost hunters in film history, the "Ghostbusters", Australian Daniel Power painted a fan poster for the 2021 spin-off "Ghostbusters Afterlife" and sold it successfully via a Kickstarter campaign. In his interview and making-of he’s giving us an insight into this project. Furthermore, US artist Marque Terrynamahr Strickland is sending the little girl Mushy on a journey of discovery into imaginative flora and fauna in his artwork and related step-by-step.
We are especially pleased to show you the spectacular underwater
bodypainting project "Lost Treasures" by Peter and Petra Tronser
which was meant to build a bridge between commercial benefit and the environmentally conscious respectful treatment of nature. The beauty of nature is also presented by the Italian artist Enrico Violante with a close-up still-life image of shiny crisp cherries. Melina Wuggonig from Austria appreciates the busy and so much important work of bees by showing in her artwork a bee collecting honey in honeycombs. And also the beauty of a woman is savoured by Canadian artist Paul Butvila, portraying her in an erotic leather suit on a white fur background.
Last but not least, we are presenting you with an interview with Chia-Chi Chen, company president of Sparmax. She gives us an insight into the Taiwanese company, whose headquarters are so far away and whose products nevertheless now play a major role in shaping the airbrush market worldwide.
