The November/December issue of Airports of the World is an extended edition and includes a free 16-page World’s Top 40 Airports Guide. We visit Budapest/Ferenc Liszt which, since the demise of Hungarian flag carrier Malév, has moved on from this painful period and is now forging ahead with upgrades and expansion programmes. We shine the spotlight on Addis Ababa/Bole International, which is improving its infrastructure to meet the challenge of passenger traffic tripling over the last seven years.
