Sergeant Jack Preston was itching to get into the action. As a member of the Royal Corps of Signals he had wanted to be deep in combat, radioing intel right from the front line. Stuck behind a radio in the battalion headquarters on Crete was not his ideal way to spend the war, but it wouldn’t be too long before Jack would get his chance to fight! In fact, the Germans had a special invasion plan in place for Crete, and they were about to hit the island, the Allies - and Jack - hard!
