Western Angler Magazine Jun-July2020 Edição anterior

Only €7,99
Western Angler's June-July edition breaks new ground for the magazine, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is the first edition that has only been produced in a digital format, as we had to make the decision to suspend printing of Western Angler temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our production, distribution and advertising has been significantly impacted and there is considerable uncertainty at this point in time, so we had to make this tough call.

This is largely a best-of edition, including some of our best past features, with some new content added in.

There are new columns from Recfishwest, on the FADs trial, and the Kayak Angler, with Joel Tinetti looking at a great competition to raise funds for children’s cancer research.

The editorial also explains the reasoning behind the decision to stop the presses for the first time in 36 years.

Some legendary features have been included in this digital edition.
Ben Knaggs explains the tactics needed to stop big giant trevally, while we look back at Brett Ozanne’s historic article on trolling hard-body lures from a kayak for pink snapper.

Joff Weston’s amazing trip to what he dubbed Hoobegotcha Bank to catch wahoo returns, along with Jamie Chester’s look at the Halco Legacy.
Dick Pasfield takes us to Kimberley Wild Waterholes, while the giant herring of Exmouth are a favourite topic of Scott Coghlan.

Darryl Hitchen takes the Westerberg Bandit project boat to Jurien Bay, while Andrew Jarvis takes readers through spinning from the rocks at Quobba.
There’s also a couple of recipes and an update on the WA Bream Classics.
Established in 1985, Western Angler is the benchmark for regional fishing magazines in Australia.
