It's that time of the month again and the latest edition of Pacenotes Rally Magazine has hit the shelves!

Stephen Wright graces the cover of the March edition after his last-gasp victory at the opening round of the Northern Ireland Championship. Martin Holmes winds the clock back a bit further - to 1986 - and remembers the time that Markku Alen became World Champion...for just 11 days! It's still probably one of the biggest scandals in World Rally Championship history.
