What we've been up to this month…

Between juggling a full-time job and a horse on DIY livery, trying to have some sort of social life and keeping up with family commitments, finding the time I need to devote to exercise can be really tricky – something I know I have in common with so many of you.

So it was really enlightening to spend the afternoon with passionate rider and experienced personal trainer, Jo Collins, to find out how I can hone my own fitness around my daily yard routine and without any specialist equipment, too.
