Cast your mind back to the February issue of DHMS, in it I introduced to you Sadie Brown’s first takeaway feature with a project piece demonstrating how you can re-create a traditional British fish and chip supper.
Over the months, we’ve travelled around the globe, and been treated to various fast food favourites from the USA to China and India! Now though, it’s time to take a walk a little closer to home as Sadie opens the doors to her completed takeaway. It’s been a great series which I hope you’ve enjoyed and also learnt from. If you’ve re-created a specific meal from the series, please feel free to share your experience and photos with the readers on our Facebook page.
Last month I introduced to you a number of features and projects devoted to Wedgwood; we continue the theme in this issue with a special report from Moi Ali. She was fortunate enough to receive a guided tour around
the newly-opened World of Wedgwood near Stoke-on-Trent and spoke to Ray Atkins about the numerous collections on show. It’s a fantastic feature which I hope will encourage you to make your own visit.
