Ippolito... uncatchable
In KZ, Ippolito immediately took off after surprising his direct antagonist, David Trefilov on Maranello/Tm. The German, after an impeccable weekend that allowed him to take pole position in the final, failed to take advantage at that very important juncture in the context of the race, the start, finding himself in the wrong place after a few dozen metres. The duel that ensued then excluded him from the final race, as it did for other drivers contending to win the title: Iglesias, Denner, Leuillet, Albanese and Van Walstijn. Let’s The KZ2 world podium in Wackersdorf. Niels Tröger between Alex Powell and Daniel Vasile. The German (Maranello/ TM) of the SRP team made himself noticed right from the qualifying session with the third time, and then went on to conquer the pole position after a series of races including heats and pre-finals. He took the lead straight away and even Powell could only watch the rear of the Maranello with the yellow plate no. 138 for all 26 laps.
