AFM – Giving a Global Perspective on Military Aviation
We have our usual 30 pages of news and Attrition departments. Our four-part European Air Force Transports Survey concludes with a review of Turkey and the RAF’s Air Mobility Wing at RAF Brize Norton. In the US we look at the last month of the QF-4E operations and the Oregon ANG’s special marked F-15C which served in Germany during the 80s. Force Report covers the Royal Australian Air Force and then there is Why Mistral Matters – a review of the French Navy combat ship equipped with helicopters. We also look at the Russian Navy’s Admiral Kuznetsov which has had a torrid time in the Mediterranean. Then an eight page Air Show China 2016 report and we also analyse just why the Middle East is on a spending spree. All that and more in the January issue of AirForces Monthly – providing a global perspective in the military aviation world.
