July 15
RIXTON // NILE RODGERS // MÅNS ZELMERLÖW // RUFUS WAINWRIGHT // HOZIER // CIARA // ATOMIC KITTEN

The sound of summer has officially arrived with the annual GT MUSIC ISSUE

Cover stars RIXTON lead the proceedings with a no-holds-barred interview. The boys give a frank account of their rise to fame, from gigging in tiny bars and performing at the iconic Madison Square Garden via pole dancing in a London gay bar! With new single ‘We all Want the Same Thing’ out Sunday 7th June - and just a day ahead of their hotly anticipated album ‘Let the Road’ - RIXTON are sure to be the talk of the town world in the coming weeks.

One band does not make a music issue and so you’ll also find a full-length interview with soul legend NILE RODGERS. He talks about his friendship with Madonna, pulling the wool over Diana Ross’s eyes - brave man! - and cutting his trade during the “most liberated period in the history of music”.

Want more? We also chat to Eurovision winner MÅNS ZELMERLÖW (and yes he was asked about those alleged homophobic comments); RUFUS WAINWRIGHT – the mermaid obsessive and “pioneer” out gay artist (Sam Smith, who!?) and ATOMIC KITTEN, who take GT’s sweetie jar challenge, confessing to having been a little light fingered in the past…

There’s plenty more non-music features in the July issue as you’d expect:

GT Fitty – Jordi Whitworth
Francois Sagat
Gay MPs
The men of Big Brother
Tituss Burgess
Michelle Visage
Debate – Katie Hopkins: Friend of Foe?
Benjamin Cohen on Caroline Dineage
BD Wong (from Jurassic Park)
Michael Alig
Gay Comics
PJ Brennan
Amsterdam Pride (and the best of the rest from around the world)

PLUS all our usual sections on film, the arts, travel, tech, style and home.

With so much going on it’s no surprise that GT is THE go to magazine for discerning gay and bisexual men (and their friends) the world over.

Looking good guys...
Loving the updated look of the mag, love that I can get it before it's in the shops and love that it's much cheaper. Great articles, but I do love the pictures. Ahem.
